Diving Team All Set for Asian Games Diving Competi

The Davao City RP diving team is all set for the 15th Asian Games diving competition on December 10 to 14 at the Hamad Aquatic Center in Doha, Qatar. The team coached by Zhang Dehu will leave for Doha on December 7 together with other RP delegation.
Veterans Shiela Mae Perez and Zardo Domenios, both competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics will lead the charge for the Asian Games Gold-hungry diving team. Perez who won triple gold medal during the 2005 SEA Games is a BSBA freshman at Trace College in Los Banos, Laguna. She said she still undergoes rigid training at the hands of her chinese coach and dream of winning more gold medals so she could bring more glory to the country.
Joining the team are fellow Southeast Asian Games gold medalists Ryan Fabriga, Nino Carog, Jaime Asok and Ceseil Domenios. Fabriga who won one gold and one silver in the SEA Games last year will team up with Jaime Asok in the ten meter platform synchronized event. He said they will be 100 percent ready as the actual competition nears.
