Hey all,
During one of our dives, there had been a pretty strong current working against us. And that's really not a problem, only that i feel a bit hurt after the dive. And my body right now is just really sore and stiff.
What exercise regimen should i do to keep my body relaxed after taking such dive?

I came upon this topic before. I suggest you do the following: -- Start finning in the pool on a regular basis. -- Stretch after diving. -- Drink beer, a bottle or 2! This helps to relax your stressed muscles.

You could've avoided feeling sore if you stretched after diving. If you had a nice workout finning, you need to do some stretching and relaxing period, just like in any other physical exercises.
